Shipping & Delivery Policy – Amazing Brands Australia

At Amazing Brands Australia, we offer flat-rate shipping on all orders nationwide, using StarTrack freight carriers and private couriers within Melbourne Metro areas. Shipping details, including tracking information, will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Dates
When selecting your preferred delivery date, please note that all dates are estimates only. While we strive to have your gift delivered on your chosen day, we cannot guarantee it 100%. All estimated delivery dates are provided by our courier partners and are based on their recommendations to ensure timely delivery.

Standard vs Express Shipping

Standard shipping rates are based on the weight of the order. For packages weighing between 1–5 kg, the charge is A$17.95, and for 6–10 kg, the charge is A$22.95. The rate then increases in increments of A$5.00 for every additional 5 kg, up to a maximum of 50 kg. For orders above 50 kg, the shipping charge remains the same as the 50 kg rate, which is A$62.95.

Early or Late Deliveries

We aim to deliver your gift on your preferred date, but delivery may occasionally occur earlier or later due to courier performance. We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders delivered within four business days of the selected date. All other compensation requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Address Redirection

If your order needs to be redirected to a different address after dispatch, a fee applies:
Melbourne Metro: $9.95
Other Areas: $19.95

Redirection may result in delays of 24-48 hours. This fee is non-refundable. To request a redirection, please contact us at 1300 459 569.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

For contactless delivery, our courier may leave the package at the recipient’s address if deemed safe. If a safe drop is not possible, the package may be taken to a local post office for collection. A re-delivery fee may apply if another attempt is needed.

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to peak periods, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Christmas Deliveries

During the holiday season, delivery schedules may be affected by increased demand. Orders placed within one week of 25th December may not arrive before Christmas. Orders placed between 23rd December and 9th January will be processed on the next business day. For inquiries, please contact us at info@amazingbrands.com.au.

Cancelling Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it.
A $5.00 cancellation fee applies to all orders cancelled before dispatch.
Orders that have been packed but not yet shipped will incur a $19.95 processing fee.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. If returned, a $19.95 return fee applies, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Personalised items may incur additional cancellation charges.
For orders already delivered, all items must be returned unopened and undamaged at the customer’s expense before a refund is considered.

Amending Orders

If you need to amend your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Due to fast processing times, changes may not always be possible. Additional charges may apply for personalised items.

At Amazing Brands Australia, we offer a flat-rate delivery fee of $14.95 for orders shipped Monday to Friday across Australia. Shipping details, including tracking information, will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Business Addresses: Deliveries are expected to arrive by 5:00 PM.
  • Residential Addresses: Deliveries are expected to arrive by 7:00 PM.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times for courier services.

Once dispatched, most packages are estimated to arrive on the next business day to metro areas. However, as we rely on third-party couriers, next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries to rural areas may take an additional 1-2 business days.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete delivery address, including business names, tower numbers, hospital wards, etc. If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, additional delivery charges may apply for redirection, and delivery may be delayed.
