It is a natural process for Australian scoured wool pile to initially shed. During this time, you can take it outside for a gentle shake as required. Please DO NOT vacuum. Please be aware that this process is very normal for a premium natural wool pile, unlike synthetic blends.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receipt provided that:
- Items are unused and in their original condition.
- Items are returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
Please note: Sale items, personalised products, and perishable goods are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are protected under Australian Consumer Law and may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.
To process your claim:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide details and photos of the issue where applicable.
- Return the item using the prepaid return label supplied by us.
There is no cost to you for returning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
