- Our waterproof insert is thick, padded memory foam, ensuring the mat can be used on hard surfaces such as kitchen and bathroom floors and outside decking. Memory Foam reacts to body temperature supporting your baby with every movement and then, recovers to its original shape!

Due to the natural properties of working with cotton fabric when manufacturing cotton products there is a chance there could be a loose thread on the finished item - please firstly remove item from bag and check for any loose threads before putting your baby anywhere near the product.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receipt provided that:
- Items are unused and in their original condition.
- Items are returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
Please note: Sale items, personalised products, and perishable goods are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are protected under Australian Consumer Law and may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.
To process your claim:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide details and photos of the issue where applicable.
- Return the item using the prepaid return label supplied by us.
There is no cost to you for returning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
3. Returns Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team or use our online returns portal.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label via Australia Post's returns service.
- Return the item according to the provided instructions.
Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
4. Refund & Exchange Options
Depending on the circumstances of your return, you may choose:
- Full refund
- Exchange
- Store credit
For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Any applicable restocking fees or return shipping charges will be clearly disclosed before your return is processed.
- Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements (for example, items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags and packaging) may be refused or may receive a reduced refund amount.
