Care Instructions

  • Keep a close watch on your baby in the bath.
  • Keep your towel within reach as you bathe your baby.
  • Do not continue to use the towel if you see any loose threads or ends.
  • Wash the towel separately before use
  • Cold hand or gentle machine wash
  • Wash with similar colours at a max temperature of 30C / 86F.
  • Line dry under the shade or gently tumble dry.
  • Iron at a very low heat.
  • Avoid bleaching or dry cleaning.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receipt provided that:

  • Items are unused and in their original condition.
  • Items are returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

Please note: Sale items, personalised products, and perishable goods are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  3. Return the item using the prepaid return label supplied by us.

There is no cost to you for returning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

  3. Return the item according to the provided instructions.

Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
