Washer:

  • Pre-wash separately before use.
  • Warm hand wash or gentle machine wash recommended
  • Wash with similar colours at a max temperature of 40C / 105F.
  • Line dry in shade or gentle/warm tumble dry, warm iron if necessary.
  • Do not rub, soak or wring
  • Do not bleach or dry clean

Toy:

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receipt provided that:

  • Items are unused and in their original condition.
  • Items are returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

Please note: Sale items, personalised products, and perishable goods are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are protected under Australian Consumer Law and may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.

To process your claim:

  2. Provide details and photos of the issue where applicable.
  3. Return the item using the prepaid return label supplied by us.

There is no cost to you for returning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label via Australia Post's returns service.
  3. Return the item according to the provided instructions.

Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
