Unlike synthetic fibres, natural Australian wool is known to shed initially. It is important that you DO NOT vacuum this product. Instead, take it outside and shake the excess fibres out whenever you notice the product needs it.
You may also notice loose cotton threads on the product this is a standard occurrence when manufacturing with natural cotton. We recommend that when you receive this product, you inspect it first and remove any loose threads before allowing your baby to get anywhere near it.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receipt provided that:
- Items are unused and in their original condition.
- Items are returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
Please note: Sale items, personalised products, and perishable goods are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are protected under Australian Consumer Law and may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.
To process your claim:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide details and photos of the issue where applicable.
- Return the item using the prepaid return label supplied by us.
There is no cost to you for returning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label via Australia Post's returns service.

Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
