You may notice loose cotton threads on the product this is a standard occurrence when manufacturing with natural cotton. We recommend that when you receive this product, you inspect it first and remove any loose threads before allowing your baby to get anywhere near it.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receipt provided that:
- Items are unused and in their original condition.
- Items are returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
Please note: Sale items, personalised products, and perishable goods are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
